We offer some corporate packages but are also very happy to discuss your requirements if you need something bespoke for your event.

North Devon Conference Venue

Our venue is designed with you in mind – this means we have all the creature comforts you need, like free Wi-Fi, AV technology, free parking, a range of conference rooms and breakout spaces, and onsite accommodation. On top of that, we’re also proud to provide our customers with freshly cooked food and fantastic customer service.

We’re perfectly located in the beautiful Devon countryside but only a five-minute drive from Barnstaple, which makes our venue ideal for conferences, multi-day events, meetings, retreats, seminars, or simple corporate getaways.

Day Delegate Packages

At Tawstock Court, we’re all about making your meeting experience top-notch! Our meeting room hire comes with all the essentials to ensure a smooth day. Plus, our packages offer extra perks to take care of your attendees. And if you want something even more tailored to your needs, we’re happy to create a bespoke package just for you. Let’s make your next meeting unforgettable!

Room Hire

We have a number of beautiful rooms that hold up to 120 people. We can configure the room into any style you require for your event and in the winter you’ll even have a beautiful log fire to enjoy in the room.

As part of your hire, you receive the following:

Iced Water
Projector Use/Flip Chart
9AM – 5PM Use
Complimentary Fruit Bowl

Prices range from £175 to £450 for the whole day and half day rates available. Add one of our packages to your hire to make a truly inspiring day for your delegates. 

Package 1

Minimum of 15 People
Freshly filtered coffee, tea and biscuits on arrival.
Mid-morning freshly filtered coffee, tea and biscuits.
Light Lunch
Mid-afternoon freshly filtered coffee, tea and biscuits.
Use of projector, screen, flip chart, etc.

£27.50 per person

Packages are in addition to the Function Room Hire cost.

Package 2

Minimum of 15 People

Full Lunch
Mid-afternoon freshly filtered coffee, tea and biscuits.
