Join us in this introduction course to learning skills working with chocolate producing items to a professional level to take home with you. This class will be very much hands-on tempering and making homemade moulded chocolates with exciting fillings from salted caramel to raspberry or strawberry cream ganache and fantastic coloured coco butter designs.
You will make a luxury rich mirror glaze to coat individual cherry Bavarois desserts and learn techniques to decorate the dessert plates. We will make a layered gateaux displaying different textures and flavours and glazed with a rich Belgium chocolate coating and completed with a beautiful chocolate flower. Not forgetting mango and Malibu truffles with a few fancy chocolate lollies to keep you company on the way home!!
