Join us in this fun chocolate course to learning skills to temper and work with chocolate producing items to a professional level to take home with you wrapped and ready to give as gifts (Unless you eat them first!!!)
Designing your own creative patterns and decorating your large egg and moulded chocolates with coloured cocoa butters. Homemade professional chocolates filled with exciting Easter spices, fruit ganache and salted caramel. Flavoured truffles rolled with a rich Belgium chocolate coating. Depending on the day you choose we will be making Ruby Chocolate Fruit & Nut Florentines or Passionfruit and White chocolate decorated lollies.

You’ll be housed in the old coach house, theatre or nursery. Tawstock’s history may date back almost 1,000 years, but our newly refurbished accommodation has all the mod-cons you’d expect, including wifi, power showers, TVs and, of course, quality pocket sprung mattresses to sink into.
