Coronavirus/ COVID19 Update
Tawstock Court take the Threat of COVID-19 seriously and will be implementing the following procedures with immediate effect to protect our guests and mitigate risks:
1. We will be cancelling/postponing all non-essential meetings, events and activities at Tawstock Court. Our priority is to our wedding couples and business clients. They must be experiencing additional stress at this difficult time and we want to make sure that we limit any exposure to the venue and staff at Tawstock Court.2. We will, depending on supply, have hand sanitiser at entrances to the building from next week. Proper hand hygiene has been shown to be one of the most effective means to slow the transmission of COVID-193. We will be implementing a ‘no handshake’ policy within the business to reduce physical contact.4. We will regularly be disinfecting areas which are touched most frequently such as door handles, door plates etc.5. We would appreciate that our guests try to pay using contactless payment methods for drinks/food on the premises. This again reduces exposure to our staff and customers.6. We will be encouraging people to have skype meetings rather than face-to-face meetings where possible.
We appreciate that these measures may cause some inconvenience in the short term but hopefully demonstrate our commitment to our customers that we are taking this threat seriously.
We are only able to do this with the help of our visitors following procedures.
We will constantly be monitoring developments and following all government advice as it is released. Whilst we are not in control of events please rest assured that we will work and be as flexible as possible with all the people that have bookings with us during this difficult time.
If you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact us.Thank you for your cooperation.
