Local Bike Rides/Walks

Whether you’re visiting for the day or staying for longer, you’ll find some amazing walks and bike rides in North Devon.

Bike Rides

North Devon is a beautiful destination for cyclists and is well served by a number of cycle routes and tracks.

One of the main attractions for cyclists visiting North Devon is the Tarka Trail which is one of the countries largest traffic free cycle path and footpath. Highlights on the trail include the Exmoor National Park and some wonderful coastal views.

If you don’t have your own bikes or cannot bring any bikes on holiday with you then you can easily hire them.

Find some routes along the Tarka Trail here.

North Devon is a spectacular area and when exploring on foot you will be able to experience coastal paths, woodlands, river valleys, estuaries, a UNESCO biosphere, Exmoor and beautiful countryside.
